|The UH Username is the account that you need to log into the system to register for classes and to access other tools available to you. To create your UH Username, go to http://myuh.hawaii.edu and click on Get a UH Username.||You must submit your TB and MMR clearances before you will be allowed to register. Submit to the Health Office (AD 112) Phone: (808) 455-0515 Fax: (808) 455-0267. |
Please get these tests done early because clearances cannot be completed in a day.
|GET YOUR COMPASS RESULTS||ATTEND NSO|
|Go to the Leeward CC Test Center in Learning Commons 101 and take your COMPASS placement tests. The test results will be given to you after you finish your test. Remember the COMPASS tests must be taken before seeing a Counselor and it will determine where you start your college career. Bring your COMPASS test results to your appointment with the Counselor.
IMPORTANT: Please brush up on your math, reading, and writing skills before taking the test.

NSO is offered in two forms - NSO Live and NSO Online.|
NSO Live is an exciting 1/2 day of fun and includes: a campus tour, hands-on training for Laulima (an online learning environment), success tips from Counselors, how to use MYUH, meeting other students, prizes and much more!
NSO Online - NSO Online is open. is delivered through the web. Please allocate an hour and a half to complete NSO Online. There are a number of modules. Each module has a short video for you to watch. After each video, there is a short quiz for you to answer. You must get at least 3 out of 5 questions correct per module to pass. You can schedule your NSO Counseling appointment after you complete NSO Online.
