Enable Active Content for Windows XP Service Pack 2

This website runs active content. If you are running Windows XP SP 2, you will receive a message prompting you to indicate whether you want to allow this. A message box will appear asking if you want to do this. Click on the OK button.

Click on the Information bar at the top of the page. Select "Allow Blocked Content". Click Yes on the pop-up menu. Allowing the active content lets it run on the Web page you're viewing, but only on that occasion. If you leave the page and return to it later, you will receive the message again (because you did not change the setting that allows active content to run on your computer).

Change the Setting to Allow Active Content to Run on Your Computer
