Student Juried Art Show

ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE STUDENT LIFE OFFICE, AD-223B NO LATER THAN 4PM ON April 2, 2012.

Only required to submit a proposal not the finished product.

DETAILS OF SUBMISSION

• Entry must be submitted on firm substract
  • Ex: foam core, illustration board, hardboard, etc
• Include a cover sheet (protection sheet)
• Include a 500 word maximum explanation regarding:
  • The intention of the replication
  • The inspiration for your design
• Appropriate media and materials include but are not limited to the following:
  • Acrylic paint
  • Oil paint
  • Spray paint
  • Enamel paint
• Mixed media submissions:
  • Must be inert
  • Must keep its structural integrity
  • Jurors will determine the safety and permanence for acceptance

FINAL PRODUCT FOR WINNING DESIGNS:
The Student Life Office will be commissioning five (5) large pieces and two (2) smaller pieces replicated onto hardboard ranging from the following dimensions (length x width)

• 5’x3’
• 8’x4’
• 3’x4’
• 3’x5’
