The Pomodoro Technique
What's a pomodoro? It's Italian for "tomato",
and in this system, it's a 25-minute block of focused time. The technique
is a way to get the most out of time management using a kitchen timer, a sheet
of paper, and a pen. You can even download worksheets and a book.
