Volunteer Information

Interested individuals are encouraged to contact the number and email listed above.  Specifically, the KS Health, Wellness and Family Education department opens volunteer positions to:

·        Graduate students with experience with social work, counseling, psychology, family resources or health education, and/or educational technology.

·        Native Hawaiian-speaking individuals

·        Volunteers with experience working with children and families

Organization Purposes

EED Mission:  To extend the reach of Kamehameha Schools through quality education programs that build capacity, foster well-being, and promote the overall quality of life in Hawaiian communities.

HWFE Goal:  To increase the resiliency, health, and well being of Hawaiian families through health education programs and services.

The program targets all ages, individuals, and families of Hawaiian ancestry statewide and nationally.
