This Black Crowned Night Heron is probably thinking: "sheesh, ain't life ah friggen beach?" He knows, when I toss bread into the water, fish will brave the shallows, making an easy meal for him. He actually followed me for an hour and swooped down each time I fed the fish. He had about a 1 out of 4 success rate.
