Ceiling view Inside Steinerner Saal (Stone Hall) at Schloss Nympenburg. Schloss Nymphenburg's Steinerner Saal is adorn with ceiling frescoes by Johann Baptist Zimmermann and F. Zimmermann. Not Michelangelo quality but a pleasant example of Baroque painting as decor.
Nymphenburg Palace
Schloss Nymphenburg, or Nymphenburg Palace, is a Baroque palace in Munich, Germany. The palace was the summer residence of the rulers of Bavaria. Nymphenburg is open to the public, but continues to serve as home and chancery for the head of the house of Wittelsbach, currently Franz, Duke of Bavaria.
Nice front yard, even for a palace.
