iPad for Learning Sessions
The iPad is a useful tool for learning. We will be sharing ideas for instructional use and exploring the boundaries of this great tool. Each weekly Monday session will highlight a different topic: video, audio, Twitter, Evernote, Skype, and Dropbox. Attendees should bring their 2nd generation iPad. Join the conversation on how this iPad tool can be used for innovative and engaging teaching and learning.
No registration necessary. All sessions will be held on Mondays from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM in LA-110. If you have any questions, please contact Brent at bhirata [at] hawaii [dot] edu.

Setting Up the Device and Technical Tips
Monday, March 12, 2012

Recording interesting and usable video involves planning, attention to details, and some camera and audio skills...and actually, the planning part carries more weight than the camera part.
With all the options out there, what will work best for you, your content, and your budget. What accessories (or even necessities) should I look at?
