Distance Education Function:

nThe
Distance Education program
serves the needs of individual
students who, due to distance, time, or other constraints, cannot or
choose not to participate in traditional classroom-based instruction.
Objectives:

Plans, develops, and administers
Leeward Community College’s credit instruction. These programs offered through
distance education work closely Academic Services units.

Assists the students, faculty, staff
and administration of the College to organize, apply, and disseminate knowledge
of all program activities.
