Program Review Model

The College's Program Review model integrates assessment activities, student learning, data, budget allocation and planning. The diagram shows the relationship bewteen on-going assessment activities, analysis and budget allocation.

The College defined "program" as the AA, AS and AAS Degrees and the non-credit program.

The components of each Program Review include:

• Facult and Staff
• Curriculum
• Support Issues
• External Factors

These "chapters" provide the foundation of the Annual Review, a pivotal element in the planning process.
