Part of the Neon Museum exhibit near Fremont Street and just off Third Street. The neon looks a little "soft" due to the scratched and dirty plastic protective panels. The white blob in the upper center is the moon. Unfortunately this sign was vandalized in 2011 and is now dark and broken.

The reflection in a puddle was almost as nice as the real sign.
