Every Christmas, the City of Honolulu and State of Hawaii dress up downtown Honolulu with festive lights of the season. This is Mr. and Mrs. Snowman on a carousel rotating above a Board of Water Supply truck. I kept the shutter open for several seconds to enhance the feeling of movement.
