As I walked through a coconut grove near the beach, I noticed the skyward view was as stunning as the vistas along the sea. To control the contrast, I waited a few minutes for the large cloud to hide behind a palm. I sat down, shot straight up at 28mm and captured towering coconut palms and blue skies. To maintain sharpness through most of the image, I stopped down to F11 and focused a third of the way up the trunk.
