When I was a kid, I loved riding ferry boats in the Puget Sound. I remember the village of Mukilteo as a ferry dock, lighthouse and few old buildings surrounded by miles of pine trees. The ferry dock is a lot bigger now and Mukilteo is a bustling suburb of Seattle. The trees were replaced with communities of new homes built around golf courses. I managed to find a grassy hill by a golf course and nailed this rare Washington sunset.
