In fairness, Fremont East has slowly improved these last few years with new neon signage (courtesy the Neon Museum), a new hotel (El Cortez) and an annual sidewalk scrub. Ah dunno, I just don't get that warm 'n fuzzy feeling if it smells like pee everywhere...
