Rearview of a country windmill near Volendam. I realize this isn't the best view of a windmill. However, the midday sun was directly behind the blades making it impossible to get a good exposure. I either got a washed out sky or silhouette. So the best shootin' was around back and it turned out rather pleasant with the canal and reflection as counterpoint. I would have loved to return to reshoot during the sweet light of sunset. However, I was with an art tour and we were scheduled at the Van Gogh Museum later.
