Seaside beach goes on forever and ever.
Seaside is a scenic resort area on the northwest coast of Oregon. Sort of a rustic Oregonian Waikiki. They even have a few surfers braving 40 degree ocean waves.
I love Seaside because it affords sweeping views of sun, sea and shore and long peaceful walks on uncrowded beaches. Storms rolling in from the Pacific make for dramatic weather and photographic opportunities.
The two lone gulls in the mid-ground of my photo are among the thousands of Laughing Gulls that work the coastline and tourists throughout the seasons.
