Seaside is a sleepy coastal town and a kind of "Waikiki of Oregon. It sports plenty of eye candy with broad beaches, quaint Victorian dellings, luxury condos and humble beach shanties. Seaside is also the gateway to the Pacific Coast Highway, i.e., scenic Highway 101, and an ideal launchpad and/or base for exploring the Oregon Coast.
