Nak San Sa is near Sul Ak San and is filled with beautiful temples. This image is a detail from an exterior temple door. I was not allowed to photograph inside the temple (someone yelled at me when I tried).
In Korea, photographers don't enjoy the same freedoms and rights as the West. Security guards threw me out of a computer expo at a Seoul university for simply carrying a camera. With all the "borrowing" Samsung has done with the iPhone and iPad they must be paranoid American spies would relailate and steal Korean trade secrets. It was not a photogenic place and I had no intentions of even taking pictures!
