Yep, that city by the bay... I've visited San Francisco many times but have yet to stay more than a day or two. It's not that I don't dig the city but it tends to be a point of departure for journeys on the coast or inland. However, during my brief visits I found San Fran both a great walking city and place to shoot: compact, easy to get around, great parks, kickin' waterfront, museums galore, buku historical districts and endless city slicker things to do. I love planning my stay around an Ommi guitar concert, injecting a little structure to our "tourists doing what they do" free-for-all. Click thumbnails to enlarge |
